Easy Salted Peanut Chews

Here's an easy homemade way to get the same great flavors of a favorite peanut candy bar.

Servings: 36

Ingredients:
1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ peanut butter cookie mix
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon water
1 egg
3 cups miniature marshmallows
2/3 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup butter or margarine
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 bag (10 oz) peanut butter chips
2 cups crisp rice cereal
2 cups salted peanuts

Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, stir cookie mix, oil, water and egg until soft dough forms. Press dough in a pan using floured fingers.
3. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until set. Immediately sprinkle marshmallows over crust; bake 1 to 2 minutes longer or until marshmallows begin to puff.
4. In 4-quart saucepan, cook corn syrup, butter, vanilla and chips over low heat, stirring constantly, until chips are melted. Remove from heat; stir in cereal and nuts. Immediately spoon cereal mixture evenly over marshmallows. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until firm. For bars, cut into 9 rows by 4 rows.

Easy Tiramisu Dessert

Here’s great-tasting tiramisu that's sprinkled with candy – a delicious dessert!

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Total time: 1 hour 15 minutes
Servings: 12

Ingredients:
1 package (10.75 ounces) frozen pound cake, thawed and cut into 9 slices
3/4 cup strong-brewed coffee (room temperature)
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup chocolate-flavored syrup
1 package (8 ounces) mascarpone cheese or cream cheese, softened
2 cups whipping (heavy) cream
2 bars (1.4 ounces each) chocolate-covered toffee candy, chopped

Directions:
1. Arrange cake slices in the bottom of a rectangular baking dish, 11x7x1 1/2 inches, cutting cake slices if necessary to cover the bottom of the dish. Drizzle coffee over cake.
2. Beat sugar, chocolate syrup, and mascarpone cheese in a large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add whipping cream. Beat on medium speed until light and fluffy. Spread over cake. Sprinkle with candy.
3. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour but no longer than 24 hours to set dessert and blend flavors.

Chocolate Chai Snickerdoodles

Ingredients:
2-1/4 cups sugar
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground cardamom
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1 cup butter, softened
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup baking cocoa
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
